KSysGuard hangs in kde3.2.2 from Sid

Could anyone please verify this? I have the KSysGuard applet in the panel. When I try to change the number of screens the up arrow button just stays in and the setup window hangs eating 100% CPU. There was a bug for this same problem but it is closed. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31051

Kmail crypto plugin and Pine - FIX

I don't know if this is a globally usable solution, but with a fair amount of detective work, we've determined the problem with some users being able to use Pine to read pgp/mime messages (kmail with crypto plugin) and other users not being able to use Pine is a function of the ~/.procmailrc file.

I've just checked and when running as root, KDE starts up correctly. I don't remember any special permission manipulations on that box that could cause this behaviour. TIA, Dave!!!
