change the line pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-qt in .gnupg/gpg-agent.conf to read pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-gtk I think you will need to also apt-get install pinentry-gtk (I can't remember). search the archives of this list, it has been brought up before. Greg On Sun, 09 Feb 2003
