One oddity I noticed in Karolina's otherwise excellent 3.1rc debs,
kfouleggs and kpat appear to have a higher verion number than themselves;
i.e. every time I run apt-get upgrade it replaces the existing packages
with themselves.
Is this only me or is there an internal/external version number prob

I tried to reinstall the old package libfontconfig1-1.2.1-7 but kopete
cannot connect to any protocol

I assume this is the right place to make a bug report, for the unofficial KDE
packages? I cannot run "File Manager - Super User Mode" from the kicker menu.
It asks for authentification but nothing happens after.

sorry, i'm kind of skimming a lot of email here, home for christmas and
not much net access.
anyway, i believe the problem you describe has been fixed in quanta CVS.
Which version of quanta are you using again?
