After upgrading to Karolina's rc5 packages last week, I've had a problem which
is preventing normal users from logging in. Root can login just fine, but if
my normal user id is used, then things pause for roughly 20 seconds, then
ksplash comes up the the "Setting up Interprocess communications"

hello, i just installed the 2.4.16 kernel image on my woody system. along
with it the new matros frame buffers for my mystique video card. since then
whenever i open my home directory (from the pannel, or command line using:
"kfmclient openProfile filemanagement") the scroll bars are nothing b
Apparently, Karolina's KDE3.1RC5 packages came with its own version of SDL,
which conflicted with Sid's SDL packages and removed them. Unfortunately,
there is no libsdl-dev package that has the SDL headers, so my development
work, which requires SDL has ground to a halt.
