Hi Was wondering if anyone out there was having problems with printers and KDE 3.4.2 ? Mine keeps going offline when I send a job to it. This was originally a CUPS problem due to the use of the Debian Etch update but I've fixed that by compiling CUPS 1.2.3 from source. lpstat -v shows... d

Do you have gs installed? I found that certain programs wouldn't print without it installed. If you use apt-get to install aspfilter and lpr or whatever you are using that may be the case. gs is only "recommended" or "suggested" so it is not installed as a dependency. On Saturday 03 Februar
