I experienced problems like this butwith the kde 3.1 from karolina's
The solution I found is...
move yourself to the /var/cache/apt/archives directory.
try to install it manualy :
dpkg --instal --force-depends libarts1_1.0.9+cvs20030103-0woody1_i386.deb
Is posible the error apeares again, so,
