maybe it's wiser to wait for an official announcement ?

Updating kdevelop3 takes a long time, if the docomentation database is
configured to be indexed.
I would like to suggest starting the indexing of the Dokumentation in
kdevelop3.postinst as a backgroud process.
Doing so, the indexing wouldn't block the complete update proces
