I have kdelibs3 installed but I can't seem to find a package for
kdelibs3-dev. Apt won't install kdelibs-dev without removing
libqt3-mt-dev, which I need.
My sources.list currently points to testing, although I have a mixed
stable/testing system.

Last night i upgraded my KDE 2.2.1 to 2.2.2. I got problems resolving
kdelibs3 vs kdelibs3-bin. It seems like some files switched package and the
old versions are preventing the install of the new one.

It looks like the debian/ subdir in the kdelibs module of KDE's CVS does not
build the kdelibs3-crypto package.
How is one supposed to do that ? Is there another set of debian/* files that
generates the crypto stuff ? If so where can I find that ?

You need to update your /etc/apt/sources.list file to use a non US server. I
