Hello,
usually I had debian menu entries in my KDE menu in a sub menu named
"Debian". I don't know exactly since when, but now there aren't there any
longer. It might be since I installed KDE 3.4 from alioth.
I seem to have no KDE related menu-method in /etc/menu-methods

There seems to be a problem with ~/.local directory, so I removed ~/.local and
restarted kicker. That fixed the problem.

i am using kde3.1.2 and don't have the debian-menu-entry
in the startmenu anymore.
if i try to run kde-update-menu, he cannot find /var/lib/kde (which
actually doesnt exist).
