I installed it as part of Testing, Sid and Experimental.
You could start with "apt install plasma-desktop -t experimental"; more
secure I could share the installed packages of Plasma, KF6, QT6 at present

If anyone tried it recently with Palsma 6.1.3, it would be good to know.
