I'm running sid with the 2.16.1 kernel, kde 3.5.2 and xorg 6.9. I would like to upgrade to xorg 7.0, but when I tried doing a dist-upgrade with apt this morning, apt wanted to remove a lot of kde stuff (see below) so I aborted the upgrade. The following packages will be REMOVED: 3ddesktop am

yeah, i noticed that this morning when X wouldn't start after lastnight's update. X couldn't find my fonts giving a lot errors like this: "Could not init font path element /usr/local/share/fonts, removing from list!" spend some time figuring out that i had to add FontPath"unix/:7100"
