The koffice.currently in sid is also for kde2. koffice for kde3 is at

pinning should also work, but I haven't used it.
kdelibs3 is for kde2, kdelib4 for kde3

You might want to try the following apt line:
deb http://people.debian.org/~bab/kde3 ./
Looks like you are currently trying to download KOffice packages for KDE 2...
