Running testing. Konqueror insists that the HTTPS protocol is not
supported. I have openssl, kdebase-crypto and and kdelibs3-crypto
installed. The Konqueror FAQ says that to enable SSL, you need to
"...remove config.cache and re-run configure, in kdelibs." find only
finds two files named config
