hey...I got an easy fix for you.
apt-get install libqt3-dev
then kdelibs4 builds just fine..in face I have debs for kdelibs4 up
on people.debian.org/~rkrusty ...still working on kdebase

I'm trying to compile kdelibs for kde 3.0alpha1 but I have a problem locating qt3. I compileda qt3 from source and I've made all thata kde people prints on http://www.kde.org/kde2-and-kde3.html but I made someone mistake. When I run ./configure in kdelibs source it don't find the qt3
