hmm, MHT2060AT looks like UltraATA drive, hence the reason it's not recognized
as removable by udev. I don't know if it's a bug or not.

accessing an USB drive via Konqueror using an URL like system:/media/sda2
recently gives "Rights denied" (straightforward translation
from "Berechtigungen verweigert", probably means access denied). It
