kde3 kcm_arts/kmid linked to kdecore.so.3 ??

Hi All, I have a rather strange bug on my installation. my pc is up to date with sid, and so has now most of KDE3.1. The whole thing is running perfectly except for most (all?) of sound related applications: * the arts control panel fails complaining about a missing lib: $ kcmshell arts kdecor
