Is it possible to specify the "Times New Roman" font as a substitute for
the "Times" font, especially in Konqueror?
For example, at www.nytimes.com there is an "AP and Reuters" section
along the right border, which displays ugly fonts in Konqueror. I
believe this is due to the "Times" font being u

Am I right in assuming these packages have been compiled against gcc
2.95?
There's a lot of talk about incompatibilities in moving to gcc 3.2,
however I haven't seen any discussion on the problems that will be faced
by users like me who are using packages from the KDE 3.x.x series.
I hope we don

What about telnetd-ssl? If all you need is basic commandline access,
shouldn't this suffice?
Just wondering

Hi all,
I am using KDE 2.2beta1. There are currently three dockapps on the dock
application bar - wminet, wmcube, wmCalClock. However, when I add another
dockapp - wmnet - it is not restored when I log in the next time.
The settings are in ~/.kde/share/config/dockbarextentionrc.

HI,
I have been using Debian Unstable for a while now. I was using KDE 2.1 quite
happily before the upgrade to 2.2beta. I find that if I log into KDE, the
system freezes completely when I try to move the windows around. I even tried
purging all KDE packages and reinstalling them.
