The current AppArmor profile for Akonadi [0] blocks ~/.pgpass, as this is not
needed for the Postgres Database, that Akonadi is using and the Postgres
database starts without any issue, when this file is blocked. But when users
have apparmor-notify installed they get flooded with Notificat
