For those who want to know how they can, at the maintainer level,
contributing to the Debian accessibility, here is what thinks of this

The package print-manager is not installed by default when using
debian-8.1.0-amd64-kde-CD-1. It would be very convenient if it would be
installed my by default or as a recommended package with the rest of kde
system settings.
