Hi all
Today, I've dist-upgraded my sid system and kde 3.5 was installed. The
process went aparently well, and for the first minutes all seemed to be
right. But after that, I noticed that whenever I tried to use the smb
protocol/kio_slave, it dies with the following error: "The process for
the smb
I even tried changing icon-sets to no avail
The functionality is still there, just no icon.
However Filter Change from Spam to Ham still has it's icon.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

It should be:
% ls -ld /tmp
drwxrwxrwt 14 root root 3072 2006-01-14 13:16 /tmp
Do you have a
drwxrwxrwt 2 root root 1024 2006-01-14 10:20 .ICE-unix
file after trying to start as

I have recently installed to systems, a laptop and a desktop, from scratch,
with sid/kde 3.5. (a minimum non-desktop install from the latest stable
net-install cd image. Changing the apt config files to sid, doing an
update / dist-upgrade getting kde 3.5 from alioth)
Both systems exhibits the same

Hi.
With the upgrade of kicker applets, the media control applet broke. Kicker
warned when restarting KDE, and now I can no longer add it.
Can someone please check if you can add it in your system, so I know if I can
fill a bug report?
Thanks in advance.
