Hi,
I have a problem with amarok and I don't know if it's a bug or if I
made a mistake somewhere. Amarok seems unable to save a title of file
over 30 characters. I am pretty sure I did not have this problem before.
Did anyone have this problem and found a solution?
Thanks,
A.

Relatively often "with root-privilegies" kind of KDE applications claims that
dposerves is not run and therefore this applications fails to start (for
example it's happen very often with krusader file manager). Of course
dcopserver is up and running. Can in be fixed?
Thanks in advance!

Would somebody please suggest how (if at all possible) to associate
certain applications with a designated virtual desktop? I'd like to have
certain apps open always in a given virtual desktop. Thanks in advance.

*Please* avoid sending HTML mail to the list. Either send plain text or

The solution is simple: You must use the kdelibs that's available in
Debian Stable.

When, like me, you're on Debian Unstable and you accidentally removed
your KDE desktop when doing an upgrade with apt or dselect you will find
that
Thanks. That was exactly what I needed.
