Found the answer in the February archives. I just had to install zip and

You should not have to do that. Does changing it back break anything?

Hi,
I'm using kde 3.3.2 in sid, and after a recent reinstallation kde no longer
offers the "extract here" option when I right click on a compressed folder. I
seem to remeber this issue being discussed on the lists recently, but I could
find no record of it in the list archives.
Thanks for any
Hi Debian KDE users,
I have been eagerly reading this thread:

I also ended up having the same problems as in this post:

By today, I got all problems solved due to the following improv

I really doubt that on a TFT.

Sorry but not having kcompmgr does not mean no transparency.

Hello,
I finally wanted to try out xorg 6.8.2 and tried with Ubuntu packages
(version: 6.8.2-10). This worked quite nicely. I just added
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hoary main restricted universe
multiverse
temporarily and installed xserver-xorg and some depdendencies.
The automa
apt-get install kopete gives the following output:
kopete: Depends :kdelibs4 (>=4:3.3.2-1) but it is not going to be installed.
E: Broken packages
Is the package broken?
