for Kexi. Kexi is not yet a part of KOffice so this task is separate from
maintaining KOffice package.

I am using an application (OpenNMS) which generates SVG (or PNG, but SVG is
nicer) images as part of its output. But the picture does not quite fit the
available screen area. Is there a setting which will persuade ksvg to scale
the image to fit?
