I just upgraded to KDE 3.2 and overall I have been pleased. I tried out

I cannot find the relevant command in kdcop. As far as I understand, it

Since you're compiling your own koffice from source and installing it in
a separate prefix, you're possibly best asking on the koffice lists
(e.g., [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

I am at my wits' end. I've tried everything and nothing works.

Have you got kate-plugins 3.2.1 (not 3.1.5)? If so, it shows up for me
in Kate/Settings/Application/Plugins (where you can activate it).

Does anyone know if Qt 3.3.1's going to be in unstable soon?
The reason I ask this is because it fixes an annoying bug that causes MacOS
style pull-down menus (at the top of the screen instead of top of the window)
to appear two pixels away from the screen edge, so you have to click two
pixels

Hello All:
I recently upgraded to KDE 32. and initially it went fine except for the
missing -dpi 100 in the /etc/kde3/kdm/Xservers file. On March 12, a
routine upgrade mostly broke the menuing system and the toolbar.
Most of the Debian menus are missing now along with all of my
customizations.
Hi,
I've upgraded my unstable Debian via apt-get upgrade and now KDE does
not start anymore. The graphical login appears, but after logging in
there's only the wallpaper and the mouse cursor visible.

Hi,
I am running KDE 3.2.1 from Debian unstable and I can only use PNG pictures as
background and can't use JPEGs. This holds for kdm as well as when logged
in. Until recently, I used my own built of 3.1.94 (3.2 beta 2) which
displayed it properly but for no apparent reason, the 3.2.1 version

On my system, it works like a charm - although I haven't yet found any way
change the wallet's password or browse its contents.. :]

I'd like to piggyback on this a little bit. Sometimes when I'm reading
a .pdf, the magnifier / zoom buttons (or zoom function) don't work. (I
think I'm using kpdf by default, but I'm not at that machine at the
moment.)
Seems to be a file based thing, some files work, some don't.

A work around for now is to purge the packages, then reinstall them, but
answer no when asked if you want to generate the global documentation
index. Let me know if that doesn't work.
I will take a look at what could be causing this.
Did you have any kdevelop3 packages installed before this?
