I was just wondering what do you think is the problem
with my sound. Im not getting any! First I got:
device /dev/dsp can't be opened (Permission denied)
So i tried: su -c"chmod 666 /dev/dsp"
but then instead of "Permission denied" I got "No such
device"

Hi, I'm using kde 3.1.2 with kxkb setup for hebrew and english. I just bought
a new keyboard with some extra buttons (play, stop, etc.). I've created a

I'm having an interesting problem. I have kde cvs >= 20030530. After updating
yesterday I could not login through kdm with my user account. Other accounts
worked fine. After going through the standard troubleshooting steps for kde,
moving ~/.kde/, cleaning ~/.qt/ and others I finally narrowed it
