Scrolling Desktop

I keep getting asked for a username and password to access the weather site used by this applet. (http://weather.noaa.gov) At these times, I basically have to hit cancel, and it does not update the weather in the applet. Yet removing the applet and readding it to kicker will allow me to pull th
