Do we need dumbster (very simple fake SMTP Server for testing purposes) in Debian

Hi, the upstream site of dumbster vanished and its not even archived on wayback machine. It never gained any popcon votes (green line)[1] so I wonder whether we need this package in Debian (despite it has no open bugs). If yes, I volunteer to upload it with Vcs fields set to Salsa. Kind regards
