RFS: jakarta-jmeter/2.5.1-2 (for experimental)

Hi all, Here is the next update required by the upgrade to Bouncy Castle 1.48. Only one line of code had to be changed to compile against the latest version of Bouncy Castle. The patch has been forwarded upstream. I also fixed the watch file, it was no longer catching the new versions after JMeter
