progress report on gwt 2.5.0

Hi, I've done a bit of work on gwt 2.5.0 but could do with a little help of my friends now, especially if you know the build system (and the patches applied to it). What I did: - applied and updated the patches from debian/patches, see my fix_build2 branch in http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/
