There's a preliminary openjms package, libopenjms-java, up at
//coyotesong.com/java/. It and libhibernate-java both have
oodles of embedded libraries in the build, so each should be
considered preliminary packaging, no more.

i use statcvs 20030713-2 (unstable apparently),
i get the following error while trying to run
statcvs

apparently statcvs needs jdk 1,4
while kaffe uses java 1,1
so this could be fixed by using the right java
