Go for IntelliJ IDEA. It's absolutely excellent. It has lot's of refactoring's built in and is real pleasure to use for J2SE apps. It is not like some of those heavyweight UML and auto-EJB deploy etc etc packages that are arguably good for J2EE but is relatively light weight. It needs 64M to 12
