For some reason doing a "rm -rf *" in the tomcats work dir and
restarting tomcat solved the problem. tomcat now deploys soap.war
correctly. But as soon as a do a few clicks on
http://localhost:8081/soap i get error messages. have to look at this a
bit closer though...
