I tried JSVC to run the software i am packaging (I2P router : #448638) and I
managed to make it run. But the fact is the upstreams authors used the
service-wrapper-java on their router source (as library import) and it is
strictly needed on the web configuring tool.

I re-uploaded the package and I tried to fix all the issues you gave me.
The source package now builds 3 binary packages :
- libservice-wrapper-java - Jar daemon wrapper java libraries
- libservice-wrapper-jni - Jar daemon wrapper JNI libraries
- service-wrapper - Jar daemon wrapper
