Try with asm4-all.jar instead of asm4.jar (or add asm4-tree.jar to the

According to the README bootstrap.jar is actually the cofoja.jar
renamed. This part of the build is optional though, you can just do 'ant
dist' to build the project and you won't need to go through the
bootstrap phase.
