Simply no one has picked up that task.
I could deal with it, printing code is useless to me.

Hello,
I can't print in Eclipse, because the File->Print Tab is deactivated.
I think a package is missing, because the same Eclipse version can print
under SuSE Linux Version 10.2.
BTW, I can print under Emacs, Gnome-Apps, KDE-Apps and OpenOffice.
