I am currently packaging a C++ library (ISMRMRD) which generates Java
bindings using SWIG. The build system is CMake and it installs the Java
bindings to /ismrmrd/java. The latter include a JNI library
(libjismrmrd.so) and a JAR file (ismrmrd.jar).
