I can't run NetBeans on debian woody..

I'm trying to run netbeans, i've tryied version 3.4 but nothing happens when I executed NetBeans---bin, I've tried setting DISPLAY variable but it's the same. That was with jdk 1.4.1, with jdk 1.3 I've got libc missing errors, the same with netbeans 3.3.2... Is anybody running netbeans on woody? ho
