Hi all,
I updated the mysql-connector-java package to the latest upstream
release. There were some changes by Miguel waiting to be released too.
Here is the changelog:
* New upstream release
* Refreshed the patches
* Updated Standards-Version to 3.9.4 (no changes)
* debian/rules: Improve

Okay I see, so I *do not* need to start from scratch, but can (simply spoken)
replace the content taken from upstream in the GF-2.x packages, change the
number to GF-3.x and it should (more or less) be done?

So if I am reading correctly between the lines your answer means, that I
have to start completely from scratch, do all the work on my own, and
there are no current plans by anybody to support GF 3.x already? I
wonder what then actually is the idea of having a maintainer registered
for GlassFish?
