MSN Messenger behind IPCHAINS

Does anybody have an idea... How can i get MSN Messenger running for voice communication behind IPCHAINS?? The problem is that on the end outside the firewall, they listen to me, but i can´t receive anything from them (voice). I´m using kernel 2.2.16. I try to do just MASQ and set no restrictions

Right now i´m using OpenWebmail (http://www.openwebmail.org) 1.53 . The implementation was t easy and smoothly that i can´t believe it. And my users are VERY happy. ;) We are using it for a few months and didn´t have any problems. It´s FAST and very COMPLETE solution, with low requirements. So
