graphical reports to me
Therefore, i'm finding a tool that can "round-robin" / excessive load to benchmark my

I'm managing some kind of ISP services but I don't have any "control
pannel" service to offer to my customers. The idea is that my
customers could manage their own mailboxes (create, delete, change
passwds, etc), ftp accounts, dns zone, etc. I've thought of
developping my own application

Check out webmin. There is a new item they have, ispmin (I think) that would work for
you. I
have not tested it because it does not support exim (which I use), but it looks good.
