Installing on Compaq SCSI

Hello Again,   I am installing  debian on a compaq SCSI SMART 2DH- ARRAY controller. And people have telling that I need to boot with 'compaq' boot disk to get debian to see my array. I can't find the compaq boot disk on debian.org. Can someone Help?   Kenneth
