using echoping

Hi, I am trying to measure HTTP latency using echoping. But I cannot seem to be able to connect to remote hosts. It does connect when i use it for http addresses. Say my machine name is abc , I give >echoping -w 1 -n 2 -v -S abc ..I get "Trying to connect to internet address 150.135.21
