rsync not working

My rysnc (both boxes are Debian) stopped working when I moved the Master server behind a firewall. I have opened up SSH and RSYNC. The firewall doesn;t show any blocked activity. I run rsync on my client on my location and get the following. Yet the listed files are not updated. The machine has ple
