recommendations for GBit/RJ45 Card

Hi! We are looking for GBit Cards for some of our older hosts to integrate them in our GBit Backbone. I am currently looking at Intel's PWLA 8492MT [1] since we have good experiences with the onboard NICs in our newer machines. I'm just not so sure about the devices performance in a 32bit PCI slot
