I think it's an Squid problem, because I tried what Darius and Sanjeev
told me, and nothing changes :(

that's quaint, but thats exactly my problem,
which i solved by editing both /etc/apt/apt.conf
AND setting environment variable
ftp_proxy to http://w3cache.my.n

Set up the proxy in your environment, same as for lynx and other apps:
http_proxy=http://my.proxy.com:3128/
