Be very careful using Linuxconf in a production environment on Debian.
Last time I checked there were big warnings in the README.Debian that
major stuff is still broken in the Debian packaged version.

Linuxconf is the same configuration tool used for RedHat. Just use
"apt-get linuxconf" to install it. After it is installed, just use
"dnsconf" to setup bind. "linuxconf" is the main Linux conf screen, which
can help configure your
