you can use sendmail's access table feature, see www.sendmail.org i have almost 700 domains/networks blocked in mine. you can add custom messages to it too which is cool. does it happen to the same guy? looks like a normal network problem. your mail server can't connect to the remote system. most mail servers process their queue every hour so it may only try 4 times in the 4 hour period before it sends that warning message. the system usually tries to send for 7 d
