I am adding "deferglyphs = 16" to the default xfs config file for 3.3.6-10.

Well, I keep running into annoying bugs, but I'm hoping to "release" Phase
1 today (see the URL in my .sig for what that means). I've had "phase 0"

I'll see about getting this change into XFree86 4.0.3-4.

For any XKB reports, it's going to be worth looking at the xfree86 4.3.0
packages before recommending any patches for application.
But you'll have a pretty free hand to experiment; we can create a branch
just for i18n/l10n improvements if need be, and that way changes there
can't disrupt the trunk or 4.3.0-sid branch.

at's why they're conffiles. But your reasons for filing
this bug appear to boil down to a subjective personal dislike for typing
"uxterm" instead of "xterm". Outright replacement of xterm with uxterm
would cause surprising changes in behavior for some users -- at th

Thanks for contacting me.
