fpc 2.6.2-6: Please translate debconf PO for the package fpc

Hi, The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for fpc. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent for that package. fpc already includes translations for: cs.po da.po de.po es.po fr.po it.po ja.po pl.po pt.po ru.po sk.po sv.po so do not translate it to these
