i'm not able to to translate description, or said better, i can

compat level. But that only seem to be going from 4 to 5.

As the timeframe for updates was short, I think that the result is not
that bad:

I'm updating the translation for dpkg and find several strings that
contain "file triggers file", i.e., "unable to create new file
triggers file". I'm not sure what that means/how to translate it.
